Your quality of sleep
One of the main lifestyle aspects that massively affects your health is your sleeping pattern. If you deprive yourself of the sleep you need then you run the risk of slowly damaging your health on many levels. Obviously, you probably know this to some extent. We’ve all experienced a lack of concentration, headaches, or low energy levels after getting too little sleep one night. But you may not realise that sleep deprivation can affect your health on many other levels. It can lead to mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, or depression; it can also lead to bodily pains and increase your risk of becoming unwell because your immune system is weakened. Your physical health affects your mental health, of course, but it works the other way too. It’s important that “checking in” with yourself becomes an integral part of your daily routine.
