Self love is often the last thing that we ever make time for. We’re always so focused on everything else. Most of us have parents, partners, children, friends, and bosses to keep happy. So when the day is finally done and we barely have enough hours left in the day for sleeping, all we can ever do is stress. So we think it’s about time that us women, and everyone else in the world, focused on a little bit of self love. Is it your hair, your skin, your eyes? Your personality? Just anything that you can find about yourself that you love, you have to use that to your advantage. At the same time, you also need to think about all of the things that you’d love to change about yourself. Whatever it is, you’re giving yourself things to work on, and you’re giving yourself a reason to work on your self love. If you never actually analyse yourself, you’re never going to have anything to work on!

Your mental health is something that you should work so hard to protect.  So many people are being struck down due to mental health issues, and it really can get to the point where it feels like it takes over your life. But it’s so easy to protect your mental health through self love. It has been proven that taking time to protect your body is in turn going to protect your mental health. If you ever feel like you’re struggling a little bit from time to time, you should think about starting something like yoga. Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, as well as so many other mental health problems, and it’s also so good for the rest of your body. If there is one thing that most of us get really bad at doing, it’s caring for our skin. As a young person, we would spend so much time agonising over it, but as we get older we tend to slack.
