Instead of thinking of watching what you eat as a diet, give it another name. It doesn’t have to be seen as a negative and you should only do it because you want to. Your diet should consist of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, dairy, fruits, and vegetables. Eating these will give your body exactly what it needs to function and you will feel a lot better for it. Of course there can be days when you enjoy a little junk food, don’t feel like you have to cut all the bad stuff out. Enjoy it in moderation and combine diet and exercise for a healthy lifestyle.
