Best take in juice form you can take a shot of it each day or add it to your juice or smoothie in a morning. There are so many incredible benefits to your health. The wheatgrass will flood your body with essential vitamins and minerals. It is also a powerful detoxifier. Perfect if you are currently going through a detox or wanting to lose some weight. If you can do one thing to your diet, it would be to add a green juice to it. You could drink it in the morning or whenever suits your routine. The greener the better.
