Having lived on Eastern Hill before I married, I know how special the lifestyle is in the highly coveted area. There is close proximately to the centre of Manly. There is the ferry wharf, great restaurants, East Esplanade, Little Manly Beach, Manly Beach, bushland and a very relaxed, holiday atmosphere.
In general, finding the perfect Manly Federation semi only has one downfall, noparking. Many of the stunning Manly Federation semi homes on Eastern Hill don’t have parking spaces. Weekends bring the tourists. Finding parking is near impossible, even with a resident sticker. This home, fortunately, has 3 car spaces. A rare find indeed.
